When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received and accepted your order (“Order Confirmation”). The Contract between us is formed at the point we send the Order Confirmation.
If, after Order Confirmation, we identify an issue affecting your order (including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or fulfilment constraints), we will contact you as soon as possible. Where we are unable to fulfil the order, we reserve the right to cancel it and will provide a full refund for any amounts paid.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send a dispatch email with tracking information (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
Please review your Order Confirmation and notify us promptly of any errors.
Product Availability
All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, fulfil part of an order, or split deliveries.
Certain Products are offered on a Pre-Order or Made-to-Order basis, and availability messages are provided as estimates only. If a Product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and cancel the affected order.
We also reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time.
Price & Payment
All prices are stated in British pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are added at checkout.
While we take care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. We are not obliged to supply Products at an incorrect price where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised.
Payment methods accepted include major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options made available at checkout.
Your payment method may be authorised at checkout. Payment will be charged once your order has been accepted and prepared for dispatch.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details ourselves. Customer data is shared only with trusted third-party providers strictly for payment processing, order fulfilment, and delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Klarna Payments
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer alternative payment methods in selected countries, subject to eligibility and credit assessment by Klarna. Your personal data may be shared with Klarna for this purpose, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
Sales Adjustment Policy
We may offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the start of a sale, provided the same style and size are available at the time of request. Adjustments are credited to the original payment method.
Price adjustments are not available for items originally purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
Our Liability
All Products supplied will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for their intended purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under any Contract is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
