Made from Merchant Mills signature waxed cotton, THE MULBERRY MIU COAT has substance without stiffness. The fabric holds its shape, giving gentle structure through the shoulders and collar, while still allowing the body to move naturally underneath. It feels protective but breathable — the kind of weight that settles rather than overwhelms. Fully lined in cotton in rusty gold shade, it remains comfortable against the skin and easy to layer. The loose fit allows space through the sleeves and body, so it can sit comfortably over knitwear or tailoring without pulling or restricting the arms. The high collar can be worn turned up for extra coverage or folded down for a softer line. Mulberry is a deep, muted purple-brown with warm red undertones. Rich without being bright, it gives the coat a darker, more autumnal character while remaining surprisingly easy to wear. It works as an alternative to black, navy or camel — particularly well with charcoal, olive, cream and denim.
