Each product page clearly states whether an item is In Stock or Pre-Order.
Please review this information carefully before placing your order, as delivery times vary accordingly.

In Stock items are shipped as soon as they are ready for dispatch.
Pre-Order items are produced specifically for you and require additional production time.

European Orders

Standard Delivery — Free of charge
The estimated delivery time for European orders is approximately 4 weeks, depending on destination and product availability.

Most European orders are shipped from Bulgaria, which is part of the European Union. Occasionally, for reasons of availability or faster fulfilment, an order may be shipped from the United Kingdom. While we pre-pay applicable taxes wherever possible, local authorities in some EU countries may apply additional charges at their discretion. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control. We are unable to predict or cover any additional customs or handling fees applied upon delivery. Any such charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Special Delivery — £20.00

Special Delivery takes approximately 2 weeks, depending on destination and product availability.

International Orders

Special Delivery — £20.00
International orders take approximately 4 weeks, depending on destination and product availability.

International shipments are usually sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. While our aim is to cover customs costs wherever possible, additional duties or taxes applied by the destination country may still occur. In such cases, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Order & Custom-Made Items

Pre-Order items are fulfilled within up to 4 weeks, including delivery.
If your order includes additional custom measurements or made-to-measure adjustments, production may require up to an additional 2 weeks.
For custom-made items, please allow a total timeframe of approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
If timing is important, we strongly recommend contacting our Customer Service team before placing your order so we can advise on the expected delivery window.

Please Note

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. Please ensure that a secure and correct delivery address is provided at checkout.
