Free of charge Standard Delivery. The average delivery time (ETA) for your orders is approximately 4 weeks, depending on the destination and product availability (please, refer to the note on the bottom).

Special Delivery cost £20.00 and approximately takes 2 weeks to fulfil, depending on the destination and product availability (please, refer to the note on the bottom). Please, always contact our Customer Service first if you'd like to proceed with this "Fast track" option.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE

Most of the orders on our website are executed on a Made-To-Order basis, which takes approximately 4 weeks to fulfil (including delivery time). Please, contact our Customer Service via e-mail if you'd need more clarity on when to expect a delivery. As soon as your order is ready for shipping, we will be sending you an e-mail notification with respective tracking information attached.

Please, bear in mind all international orders are shipped usually on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid). Whilst our aim is always to cover the Customs cost by ourselves, for some destinations in principle any additional duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are responsibility of the customer. 

Also, please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. To ensure your order's security, we recommend having items delivered to a correct and secure shipping address.
